Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 0-1 business days and shipped directly from our Melbourne warehouse.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders with a total value of less than $15 may be shipped via an economical untracked service.
  • If you require tracking for orders under $15, please select Registered Post at checkout.

International Shipping

  • International shipping costs are calculated based on the total item weight and the destination country, starting from $5.00 AUD.
  • International shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Process & Delivery Options

To ensure a contactless and efficient delivery, our couriers may provide Authority to Leave (ATL) for your package. This means that if a safe location is available, the courier may leave the parcel at your address without requiring a signature.

If you do not wish for your package to be left unattended, please leave a special instruction or order note in your cart to request a signature on delivery service.

📌 Important:

  • Once a package is marked as delivered, Zmart Australia is not responsible for loss or theft.
  • If a safe location is unavailable, the courier may leave a notification card or SMS for collection at a local depot or post office. Please ensure your mobile number is valid to receive such notifications.

Delivery Address & Missed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid and complete delivery address.
  • If an item is returned to us due to an invalid address or non-collection from a courier hub, a $15 restocking fee will be applied.
  • Re-delivery requests will incur a $10 handling fee plus additional shipping costs.

International Orders – Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • All prices on our online store are in Australian dollars (AUD).
  • Prices do not include any import duties, taxes (such as GST/VAT), clearance fees, or other customs-related charges that may be imposed by your country.
  • Customers are responsible for checking with their local customs and import authorities regarding additional charges before placing an order.

📌 Please Note:

  • To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the contents and value of the order on the shipping label. This information cannot be altered or hidden.
  • Any delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
