Click And Collect

Click & Collect is a service that allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from our warehouse in Clayton, Melbourne. Please ensure you wait for your “Ready to Collect” Email and SMS before heading to the warehouse. This notification will include information about the collection code and process. Orders placed before 9am are available for same-day collection, while orders placed after 9am will be ready for collection the next day (excludes weekends and public holidays).

An Express Click & Collect service is available for $10. Please contact our online chat team for more details.


How does Click & Collect work?

  1. Choose your products: Select your items online and add them to your shopping bag.
  2. Select delivery method: Choose Click & Collect as the delivery method at checkout.
  3. Receive notification: You will receive a collection notification email and/or SMS—usually within 24 hours of placing your order.
  4. Collect your order: Pick up your order from the warehouse. Please bring your collection notification or collection code. Collection is from the visitors door next to the roller door.

Order timing:

  • Place your order before 9am, and it will be ready for collection on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 9am will be ready for collection the next day.
  • If your order is placed after the 9am cutoff time, we cannot guarantee same-day readiness.

Wait for notification: Please wait for the email/SMS indicating that your order is ready before coming to collect it.

Order hold: We hold your Click & Collect orders for 7 days after you receive your collection notification.


Is Click & Collect a free service?

Yes—Click & Collect is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase required.


Are there any additional conditions that may affect my Click & Collect order?

During periods of high demand, such as special events or severe weather conditions, there may be delays with Click & Collect orders. Please wait for the “Ready to Collect” email or SMS before coming to the store. We appreciate your patience as any delay should be brief.


Is there an Express Click & Collect service?

Yes, we offer an Express Click & Collect service for a handling charge of $10. Please contact our online chat team if you require your order immediately.


How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?

We hold Click & Collect orders for 7 days after you receive your collection notification. If you need to collect your order after 7 days, please inform our customer service team so that we can extend the hold period.


Can someone collect my Click & Collect order on my behalf?

Yes—family and friends can collect your order for you. They must bring:

  • A copy of the order collection notification,
  • The collection code, and
  • For orders over $100, a note signed by you detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf.

Are all products available for Click & Collect?

Most items are available for Click & Collect, but there are some exceptions. The Click & Collect option will appear on the product pages and at checkout if it is available for your selected items.


Can I return an item at the warehouse after collecting my order?

If you change your mind and decide to return any items, you can do so at our warehouse for an exchange or refund. Please note that our warehouse cannot process refunds or issue return proof on the spot. Allow 1 business day for our back office to process your refund.
