Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We totally understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. While we’d love to accommodate every request, our dispatch system is fully automated, and orders begin processing almost immediately. This means it might be too late to cancel your order, even if your request is sent just a few minutes after placing it.

That said, please feel free to reach out to us as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee that modification or cancellation will be possible, we’ll do our best to assist you.

If we’re unable to cancel your order in time, don't worry - once your order arrives, you can always return it for a refund.

Do you offer discount for bulk / wholesale orders?

Yes. We offer special discounts on bulk orders for purchases of 20 items or more. If you're interested in a bulk purchase, please contact us for a customized deal.

What are the shipping options and delivery times?

We offer several shipping options:

⚠️ * Important Notes:

  • Orders with a total value of less than $15 may be shipped via an economical untracked service.
  • If you require tracking for orders under $15, please select Registered Post at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping costs are based on the total item weight and destination country, starting from $5.00 AUD. Fees will be calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you selected an untracked shipping option (Free shipping for order less than $15), tracking may not be available.

What happens if I'm not home for delivery?

To ensure a contactless and efficient delivery, our couriers may leave your package in a safe location under Authority to Leave (ATL).

  • If you require a signature, please leave a note in your cart before checkout.
  • If no safe location is available, the courier may leave a notification card or SMS for pickup at a local depot or post office.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
✔️ The item is unused, unworn, unopened, and in resaleable condition.
✔️ All original accessories and packaging are included.
✔️ The return request is submitted within 30 days of receipt, and the item is returned within 10 business days of approval.

📌 Some items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons, such as underwear, swimwear, hosiery, customized and personal care products.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please:
1️⃣ Place a new order for the correct item.
2️⃣ Return the original item for a refund.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Return shipping costs and risks, including potential loss or damage, are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend insuring high-value items for added protection.

📌 If the return does not meet the required conditions, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item sent back to your address.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Account & Customer Support

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and receive exclusive offers.

Product & Stock Availability

Are all products in stock?

We update our inventory regularly, but popular items may sell out quickly. If an item is out of stock, we recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page.

What happens if my order is out of stock?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via SMS or email. You will have the option to:
✔️ Choose a replacement item of equal value.
✔️ Receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If we don’t hear back within a specified timeframe, a refund will be processed automatically. Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance!

Are the product photos and descriptions accurate?

Yes! All product images are taken in-house using a lighting box to ensure clarity and accuracy. We strive to represent colours and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour and size may occur due to:
✔️ Differences in lighting conditions during photography.
✔️ Monitor settings and screen resolution, which may display colours differently.
