Colour Disclaimer
At Zmart Australia, we make every effort to display our clothing products as accurately as possible. We understand that colour accuracy is important when purchasing clothing online, and we aim to provide clear and transparent product images and descriptions.
Product Images
All product photos displayed on our website are taken from the actual physical products.
Our product images are photographed in a controlled lighting box environment to help maintain consistent lighting and colour presentation. For listing purposes, only the background of the image may be removed or edited. The product itself, including its colour, design, fabric texture, and details, is not intentionally altered.
However, product photos should still be used as a general visual guide only, as the actual colour may appear slightly different in person.
Colour Representation
We do our best to ensure the colours shown on our website are as accurate as possible. However, colour names and descriptions such as "black", "navy", "grey", "light purple", "beige", or similar terms are provided as a general guide only.
Actual shades may appear slightly lighter, darker, warmer, cooler, or different in tone compared with what is shown on your screen.
Screen, Monitor and Device Differences
The colour you see may vary depending on the device you are using. Different mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop monitors may display colours differently due to:
- Screen brightness and contrast settings
- Colour calibration
- Screen resolution
- Display technology
- Night mode, blue-light filter, or colour enhancement settings
For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your device will exactly match the actual product.
Lighting Conditions
Lighting can significantly affect how clothing colours appear.
Although our product photos are taken in a lighting box to help provide consistent product images, the colour of the item may look different under natural sunlight, indoor lighting, warm lighting, cool lighting, fluorescent lighting, or low-light conditions.
Fabric Shade and Production Batch Variations
Some clothing colours may vary slightly between different production batches, fabric rolls, dye lots, or suppliers.
These minor shade differences are common in clothing and textile products and should not be considered a product fault, defect, or misrepresentation.
Customer Understanding
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept that minor colour differences may occur due to photography, lighting, screen display settings, fabric shade variations, and individual colour perception.
We recommend customers carefully review product photos, colour names, product descriptions, and size/colour selections before placing an order.
If you require a specific shade for uniforms, events, branding, teamwear, or custom printing, please contact our customer service team before purchasing. Where possible, we may provide additional photos or further information to assist you.
Returns and Exchanges for Colour Differences
Please note that minor colour differences are considered a normal part of online clothing purchases and are not considered a product fault.
If a customer wishes to return or exchange an item due to colour preference, shade expectation, or colour discrepancy caused by lighting, screen display, or personal preference, this will be treated as a change of mind return.
All returns and exchanges relating to colour preference or colour variation are considered change of mind returns, and the customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
Please also note that we may deduct or charge the original shipping cost from the refund, especially where the original order included free shipping, subsidised shipping, or a shipping cost paid by us to dispatch the order.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging where applicable.
