Delivery Information
All orders shipped from our warehouse which is located in Clayton, Melbourne (Australia). Most items come with the free standard delivery unless otherwise specified.
- Your parcel will be shipped out within 1 business days after the payment is cleared.
- Your parcel normally will be delivered within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for standard delivery, and 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for express post.
- Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas or during promotion and sale periods.
- Your order will be delivered by Aramex / Australia Post.
- You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, most orders over $15AUD will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.
Shipping to overseas? We offer international shipping service starts from $4.5AUD
- Your parcel will be delivered up to 7-21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.
- Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas or during promotion and sale periods.
- Your order will be shipped out through Australia Post and delivered by your local post office.
- You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, it will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.
- Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Return Information
Online Returns Australia
If you change your mind, we are happy to provide a refund within 30 days of purchase provided they are unused condition, accompanied by original tags and a valid original receipt. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund Hosiery, Underwear, Swimwear, Sexual Wellness, Gift cards & Vouchers, Personalised printed item, Bedding accessories (for example, mattress and pillow protectors).
Return your way! Pick from the following options to return your item. Please ensure you include your order ID number with the returns.
- Free warehouse returns: Simply head into our warehouse located in Clayton, Melbourne for a free exchange/refund of your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Australia Post: Print your pre-addressed label and drop your return at your local Australia Post store/outlet. Trackable shipping methods are recommended for your peace of mind. We also offer Australia Post Paid return shipping label at a flat rate of $15.00. (Could return a parcel up to 22kg with no extra charge) .
