All orders shipped from our warehouse which is located in Clayton, Melbourne (Australia). Most items come with the free standard delivery unless otherwise specified.- Your parcel will be shipped out within 1 business days after the payment is cleared.
- Your parcel normally will be delivered within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for standard delivery, and 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for express post.
- Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas or during promotion and sale periods.
- Your order will be delivered by Aramex / Australia Post.
- You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, most orders over $15AUD will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.
