If you change your mind, we are happy to provide a refund within 30 days of purchase provided they are unused condition, accompanied by original tags and a valid original receipt. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund Hosiery, Underwear, Swimwear, Sexual Wellness, Gift cards & Vouchers, Personalised printed item, Bedding accessories (for example, mattress and pillow protectors).

• Free warehouse returns: Simply head into our warehouse located in Clayton, Melbourne for a free exchange/refund of your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Australia Post: Print your pre-addressed label and drop your return at your local Australia Post store/outlet. Trackable shipping methods are recommended for your peace of mind. We also offer Australia Post Paid return shipping label at a flat rate of $12.50. (Could return a parcel up to 22kg with no extra charge) .
